About Me

Moving from a small village in Skåne to Gothenburg to begin my studies as a Surface Designer may be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve always had a deep passion for design, and that passion grew even stronger when I had the opportunity to do my internship at Volvo Cars.

During my first year at YRGO, I learned the basics of programs such as Alias Autodesk, ICEM Surf, Catia V5, Blender, and VRred. I was challenged to create both quick concept models and more advanced Class-A surfaces. Alias Autodesk has become my favorite, and I’ve noticed that I’m really good at creating fast, precise models and have an eye for design.

Although I prefer Alias, I’m always open to diving deeper into other programs and learning new things.

During my second year at YRGO, I had the opportunity to be part of the Exterior Concept Team at Volvo Cars (November 2024 - May 2025), and it truly felt like the right place for me. I had the chance to work with both designers and manufacturers on “real” projects. Working with designers early in the modeling phase has been an incredibly valuable experience – I’ve learned the importance of effective communication and how to build models quickly that are “Good enough” to move forward in the process.

Additionally, I´ve always had interest in cars, but gained a much greater respect for cars than I had when I was 18 – which wasn’t that long ago... just three years ago. Time really flies when you’re having fun! :)

I have a deep respect for car design and all the work and effort that goes into each vehicle. Every detail and every decision, from concept to production, requires passion, precision, and teamwork.

With that said - Since I was little, I've always been creative and a problem solver, which is why I chose to study the Technology Program with a focus on Design and Product Development in upper secondary school.

This is where my interest in CAD and Design first started. After taking a gap year following graduation, where I spent time backpacking the world and exploring new places, I feel ready to step into the workforce and I look forward to continuing to grow as a Surface Designer and taking on new challenges!
